British Airways Flight 081 Turns Back To London 2 Hours Before Reaching Accra

 


Quayson The Writer is the first News Hub in Ghana to break the news of British Airways flight 081 turning back to London 2 hours before reaching Accra. The reason given by the Captain of the plane from our credible source, GSE is that there is an airspace restriction in Algeria which did not allow passage. The travellers on board did not welcome this news at all as they smelt something fishy. 

According to our sources (GSE), it is alleged that the actual reason is because there was power outage (Dumsor) at Kotoka International Airport that made it impossible for the flight to land at that time of the night. For now it is alleged that this the main cause but we cannot confirm that it was the real reason for the flight turning back to London. 

We can recall that Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) is one of the government institutions in Ghana that owes huge electricity bill to Electricity Company of Ghana.

The Chairman of Ghana Airports Company, Paul Adom Otchere is said to also be on the flight when this happened. All the travellers as we speak have been lodged in Premium Hotel in Heathrow Airport as Paul Adom Otchere himself has been lodged in Sofitel Hotel our sources claim (GSE).

On their return back to Heathrow, London they had to stop over at Malaga, Spain to refuel before going back to London

London to Accra is 6 and half hours journey and for less than 2 hours to get to Ghana after travelling almost 4 and half hours, British Airways 081 had to turn back to London, Heathrow Airport.

Nzema Community Fuming With Fire Over Prof. Gadzekpo's Comment On LGBTQ+

 Well I don't know whether to finally admit that school knowledge doesn't necessarily make you a wise person in life as clearly Professor Audrey Gadzekpo in her recent comment about the LGBTQ+ anti-gay bill has gotten to prove that point very clearly.  In her comments she claims as a research person and a professor she knows the cultures of two particular tribes in Ghana being the Ga people and Nzema people accept gays. This comment by her doesn't sit well at all with my people. Yes, I said my people because I myself I am an Nzema from Princess Town in the Western Region.  I don't know how old the Professor is herself to be making that assertion or the evidences she has to be justifying that kind of comment but in my more than four decades of existence on earth never have I for once heard that our culture as Nzema people accept gays as part of our culture.
