Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

One of the greatest obstacle to prosperity is sin. If you commit sin, true prosperity will elude you. What the devil gives to his children are not true prosperity but those ones that he has coveted from his innocent victims. There is what we call satanic warehouse where the prosperity of most people have been locked in the realms of the spirit and until you rise up in prayer to break that satanic warehouse, your true prosperity will not come out.

God has blessed so many people but because they lived in sin they have sold their right to the devil like the way Esau sold his prosperity to Jacob or like Adam sold his prosperity to Satan in the garden of Eden. Satan has stolen the wealth and prosperity of a lot of people and hidden it in the kingdom of darkness. He in turn supplies it to those who are faithful to him and to those who are willing to sell their souls to him the devil. When a youth goes to the devil for money as we have ritual monies these days, he doesn't go to manufacture wealth for you but gives you what he has stolen from innocent victims in the satanic warehouse. Remember that the Bible tells you that Satan is a thief and every thief has a place where he keeps all the things he has stolen. 

Witches can steal the glory of one person and give it to another person to prosper with it. In a witchcraft market they trade with people's destiny and glory. Your prosperity is part of your glory but a devil can steal it from you and trade it in a witchcraft market and you can see your life suffer untold hardship on earth.

One person in your family if they belong to an evil association can trade the whole glory of the family for his own benefit and you see everyone else in the family will just be suffering any how. Until you have people who will rise up in prayers and persist, such a phenomenon will not change and for many generations in the family everyone will become poor.

Let me bring to your notice that prosperity and wealth is spiritual and you need power to assess them and it is God that gives you power to assess both. If it is not spiritual then why is it that the moment people share blood money begins to flow in their lives. Today I tell you that you as a Christian that is why Jesus has also shared his blood for you and that is enough reason for you to prosper. You must also understand that money is a spirit. It makes itself wings and flies away according to the book of Proverbs so it can either dwell with you or fly away from you, it all depends on how you handle it.

Obviously according to the above scripture one of the keys to prosperity is to confess and forsake your sins. Look there are biblical keys and there you have it in black and white. If you have sin in your life you cannot prosper and if you are prospering in sin then that prosperity does not come from God. So check those people you see around you think have prospered is it in sin or in righteousness and judge for yourself? You cannot prosper if you are a sinner. The word of God cannot lie.

The Bible says in the book of Psalms that God delights in the prosperity of his servants. Whenever a child of God prospers God is happy about it so much because he knows that his prosperity will be used to promote the kingdom business or the things of God but the prosperity of the children of Satan he is not in support because he knows that they will use to glorify the things of the devil.

Psa 35:27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Some Christians think that prosperity is a bad thing but in actual fact it is not because God wants his children to prosper. Because in Mathew 5:3 said that "blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of God", some Christians actually think that God approves poverty.

Mathew 5:3 Blessed [are] the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

God in no way approves poverty. This was simply a statement that Jesus was making to give hope to those who are poor. There is nothing blessed about poverty and if that is your condition you need to pray for God to change your condition right now.

David realised that poverty wasn't a good thing. David was anointed to become King but he was suffering poverty in his life so he cried to God in Psalm 118: 25. 

Psalm 118:25 Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

David realised that the source of prosperity was God and without it he will die so he asked God to save him by sending down prosperity. Alot of people have died before their time because of poverty. Poverty is a real problem in Africa because in the past most of our forefathers and mother's introduced idol worships and things in the family that drove prosperity away from our families and the only way we can arrest the situation is to turn back to God in prayer.

Psalm 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

The reason many youth think they should prosper immediately is because they see other youths who don't belong to God having acquired so much properties by evil means. Prosperity is time bound, when it is not your time yet to prosper you cannot force it else you will die before the prosperity actually arrives.

The Bible tells us that it is God that gives us power to prosper and not our own works, strength or power. 

Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy GOD for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth.

It is not the work of your hands that will prosper you, that is just a gift from God for you to get by. What will actually prosper you is the power of God.

Ecclesiastes 3:13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it [is] the gift of God.

God gave you the work you are doing right now as a gift so you can eat and drink and take care of all your responsibilities. It's purely a gift from God but for you to prosper it takes the power of God as contained in Deuteronomy 8:18. It is God that gives you the power to make wealth and it can come in any form. God can give you an idea, a business plan, God can make you inherit wealth, God can transfer wealth to you, God can give you a mighty breakthrough. God can bring a helper your way etc. It is God that will give you power to make wealth not the powers of darkness.

So God is telling you to rest in him and be patient in him. Live above sin and do what is expected of you and when it is time for you to prosper, the prosperity itself will come to you without your own effort. This is the way of God. With God you don't force prosperity. He gives you prosperity in his own time.

Psalm 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

A tree cannot force itself to bear fruits when it has not gotten to it's season and so is prosperity in our lives.

An American Journalist who interviewed over 250 millionaires in America noticed that almost 80% of them became millionaires at the age of 50 years onwards. This is a whole America a land of opportunity and this is their statistics. And you are a youth in Africa, you are not even 30 years and you want to be a millionaire by force so you resort to blood money? You are willing to sacrifice your loved ones or others for money. You are cursed if you follow such a way.

3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I pray that in all things that thou mayest prosper and be in  health, even as thy soul prospereth.

God wishes above everything that you should prosper both in health and in substance as revealed by the above scripture.

Declaration

From today I declare in your life that:

1. Every chain of delay, stagnation, and limitations that has tied down the works of your hands shall be broken this day in the mighty name of Jesus.

2. By the power in the name of Jesus! Today the GOD of Elijah shall destroy every satanic basket assigned from the kingdom of darkness to swallow your sweat in the name of Jesus.

3. As from this moment I bind the spirit of debt and borrowing and I reconnect you back to those that will bless your Life, Ministry, Business and Family in the name of Jesus.

4. I decree to your life this day that every door of prosperity and divine blessings that have been closed against you shall be opened by fire in the mighty name of Jesus.

5. Anointing for Money-yielding ideas shall envelope your life in the mighty name of Jesus.

6. Fighting Angels of GOD shall assist you today by the power in the blood of Jesus to fight anything that is holding your breakthroughs in the pit of darkness in the name of Jesus.

7. I command every evil oil from the kingdom of darkness, that you have collected from fake prophets or pastors, which is now affecting your life, ministry, business, and finances negatively shall dry up by fire  instantly, so shall it be in Jesus.
